Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unveily service ("Service") operated by ActuallyWorks Co., Ltd. ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Unveily is a subscription-based SaaS service that provides a JavaScript Bridge SDK and related infrastructure to help developers convert existing websites into Android and iOS apps.

2. Account

  • You must sign in via Google or Apple to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • Unauthorized use of another person's account is prohibited.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • The Service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email.

4. Refund Policy

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription start date.
  • After 7 days, no refunds are issued. You may continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period.

5. License and Intellectual Property

  • The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
  • All intellectual property rights in the Service remain with the Company.
  • Reselling or transferring your license to a third party is prohibited.
  • Your license is immediately revoked upon subscription expiry or refund.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized collection or processing of third-party personal data

7. Service Changes and Termination

The Company may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice where possible. Unused prepaid periods will be refunded upon discontinuation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the Company's registered address.
